Our volunteers work hard to make sure that we take care of all of our animals here at Southern Hope Animal Rescue & Education. But, unfortunately we can't do it without people like you and your donations of time and money. 11th Annual Christmas in the Country 2024!

Join us December 14th for this HUGE community event!

Free admission includes Pictures with Santa (bring your own camera or purchase photo from us), bonfires with marshmallows to roast, pony kissing booth and lots of vendors to peruse.

For a suggested donation, please enjoy...
pony rides, barrel train rides, hay ride, kid games, bounce houses, popcorn, hot chocolate or cider, lunch is served, bake sale, holiday cocktails & beer, make & take crafts, quilt raffle, various vendors and merchandise, plus amazing silent auction baskets! 

This is a fundraising event for the animals in our care, and all of our various programs for the children in our community. We use a ticket system for each of the festivities. Each ticket is $1 or 25 tickets for $20. We will publish the ticket booth menu before the event.

Donate?

If you can't adopt or foster, please consider volunteering your time to the animals in our care. We need volunteers to help at events, clean the barn, socialize our animals and even ride or groom our horses. Riding and horsemanship lessons are available if you don't have previous horse experience. Fill out our volunteer application today and e-mail it to us!
